George Denise, CFM, CPM, FMA, RPA LEED Accredited Professional General Manager, Cushman & Wakefield for Adobe Systems Incorporated George Denise is currently General Manager for facilities for Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing Adobe Systems Incorporated’s headquarters buildings in Northern California. His portfolio includes three high-rise office towers in San Jose and three mid-rise office buildings in San Francisco. Together they total 1.4 million square feet. All three properties in San Jose are certified as green buildings in the USGBC LEED program for existing buildings at the platinum level. West Tower was the first building certified at the platinum level in the permanent program for existing buildings. The three San Francisco properties are currently in the process of certification. Mr. Denise has been a property manager for 27 years; he has worked for Cushman & Wakefield for the past 17 years; and as a facilities manager for the past seven years. Over his career, Mr. Denise has managed a total of 6 million square feet of commercial office space and over 16,000 apartment units. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology, a Certified Facilities Manager (FMA) through the International Facilities Management Association, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Managers Association, and he is a LEED Certified Professional.
